上海市浦东新区某企业职业人群紧张现况及其影响因素研究

摘　　要：目的调查上海市浦东新区某企业职业人群职业紧张水平,探讨其影响因素。方法以浦东新区某企业职业人群为研究对象,将18~65岁男性、18~60岁女性员工纳入研究。结果企业人群职业紧张阳性率为62.59%,工作要求得分为3.06±0.26,工作自主性得分为2.73±0.56,社会支持得分为3.69±0.62,工作要求/工作自主性的比值为1.17±0.39。不同个体特征比较,已婚员工比单身员工职业紧张阳性率高,35~44岁员工职业紧张阳性率高于其他年龄组,轮班制员工比常规职业员工紧张阳性率高,通用类员工职业紧张阳性率比其他岗位员工都低,行政职务为中、高级员工紧张性最低,每周工作41~59 h的员工职业紧张阳性率要高于其他工作时长的员工。Logistic回归分析显示性别、婚姻状况和工作岗位是职业紧张的影响因素。结论职业人群中存在着较为严重的职业紧张情况。不同个体特征人群面临的职业紧张情况不同。性别、婚姻状况和工作岗位等可能是职业紧张的影响因素。Objective To understand the level of job stress among occupational population in an enterprise in Pudong New Area of Shanghai,and to explore its influencing factors.Methods Taking an enterprise in Pudong New Area as the object,18-65 years old men and 18-60 years old female employees were included in the study.Results The positive rate of job stress in respondents was 62.59%.The mean scores of job demands,job control,social support,and ratio of demands to control in all participants were 3.06±0.26,2.73±0.56,3.69±0.62 and 1.17±0.39,respectively.The persons,who were characterized by the age of 35-44 years old,married,shift system and work for 41～59 h per week,tended to be more stressful.In contrast,general positions and senior administrative positions tended to be less stressful.Logistic regression analysis showed that gender,marital status,and job status were the factors influencing job stress.Conclusion Occupation population may suffer from high job stress.People with different individual characteristics face different job stress situations,and the common impact factors may be gender,marital status and job status.
