预见性护理对儿童四联疫苗接种后不良反应的影响

摘　　要：目的了解预见性护理干预在接种无细胞百白破b型流感嗜血杆菌联合疫苗(四联疫苗)儿童中的效果。方法选取接种四联疫苗受种者360例,随机分为2组,对照组给予常规护理干预,干预组给予预见性护理干预。结果干预组儿童接种后的不良反应发生率(4.44%)明显低于对照组(11.11%);家长满意度(95.56%)明显高于对照组(88.89%),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论预见性护理干预能有效降低接种四联疫苗的不良反应率,提高家长满意度。Objective To understand the effect of predictive nursing intervention in the inoculated DTa P Hib combined vaccine（quadruple vaccine）in children.Methods A total of 360 cases inoculated quadruple vaccine were selected and randomly divided into 2 groups.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the intervention group received predictive nursing intervention.Results The incidence of adverse reactions in the intervention group（4.44%） was significantly lower than that of in the control group（11.11%）; the satisfaction rate of parents（95.56%） in the intervention group was significantly higher than that of in the control group（88.89%）; the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Predictive nursing intervention for quadruple vaccine can effectively reduce the adverse reaction rate and improve the satisfaction of parents.
