某社区全科医师团队健康教育APP的需求分析

摘　　要：目的调查某社区全科医师团队"健康教育APP"的需求现状及应用存在的困难,并针对居民和医师端APP的开发和应用提出相关建议。方法选取杭州市某社区卫生服务中心及其下属7支全科医师团队作为研究对象,通过问卷调查法调查团队健康教育开展现状、APP的需求情况和使用意愿,应用访谈法了解成员及中心主任等应用APP开展健康教育时存在的困难。结果目前,团队成员尚未提供或建立起智能化的健康教育方式。对"健康教育APP"的接纳度为60%。希望医生端APP可以提供专业知识学习、推送健康知识、办公、个人形象宣传、沟通等功能外,还可向签约居民和重点人群发送定制化提醒、通知等功能。团队成员对缺乏工作量考核及激励制度、居民配合度低等表示担忧。结论开发层面,医师端APP的开发即要注重全科医生的功能需求,也要协同对接居民端的功能;应用层面要建立起应答率、回复及时率、签约数、居民满意度等多维度、新型的移动健康教育工作评价指标体系。Objective To investigate the current situation and the difficulty in the Application of community health education APP in a general practitioner（GP） team,and put forward relevant suggestions.Methods Seven GP team in one community health care center of Hangzhou were investigated by self-administered questionnaires to understand the current health education service situation,APP demand condition,and by in-depth interviews to understand the team＇s willingness to use APP and difficulties.Results Team members had not yet provided or established intelligent way of health education.The willingness of use doctors＇ APP was 60%.They hoped APP could provide learning,office,advocacy,communication.They worried that residents do not cooperate and lack of workload assessment and incentive mechanism.Conclusion The APP development should collaborative design GP and resident APP functions; application level should establish the mobile health education evaluation index system about response rate,timely rate,number of contracts,residents satisfaction.
