摘　　要：目的了解合肥市居民健康素养现状及影响因素,为卫生部门制定政策和干预措施以提高居民健康素养水平提供依据。方法采用分层随机整群抽样的方法,在合肥市5个区4个县的街道及乡镇抽取15~69岁居民共1353人进行健康素养问卷调查。结果合肥市居民健康素养水平为15.1%,基本知识和理念为23.9%,健康生活方式与行为为18.8%,基本技能水平为24.4%。7类健康问题素养水平由高到低依次为安全与急救(62.1%)、科学就医(55.7%)、健康信息(46.9%)、科学健康观(43.8%)、传染病防治(39.2%)、慢性病防治(10.4%)、基本医疗(9.4%)。城市居民健康素养水平高于农村居民(P<0.05)。随着年龄的增长,居民健康素养水平逐步降低(P<0.05)。文化程度越高的居民,其健康素养水平越高(P<0.01)。结论应重点提高农村居民的总体健康素养水平以及全市居民的基本医疗、慢性病防治、传染病防治素养水平。Objective To understand the current status and influencing factors of residents＇ health literacy in Hefei, and to improve effective strategies for residents＇ health literacy level, so as to provide evidence for health sector to formulate policies and interventions. Methods By stratified random cluster sampling, a total of 1 353 people with 15-69 years old in 4 counties and 5 districts of Hefei were investigated for health literacy. Results The total health literacy level of Hefei residents was 15.1%, and the levels of basic knowledge and concept, healthy lifestyle and behavior, and basic skills were 23.9%, 18.8%, and 24.4% respectively. The 7 kinds of health problems, from high to low, were safety and emergency （62.1%）, scientific treatment （55.7%）, health information （46.9%）, scientific health （43.8%）, infectious diseases （39.2%）, chronic diseases （10.4%）, basic medical treatment （9.4%）. The health literacy level of urban residents had higher than that of rural residents （P〈0.05）. With the increase of age, the level of health literacy of the residents gradually decreased （P〈0.05）. The higher the level of culture, the higher the health literacy of the residents （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Improving the overall health literacy level of rural residents, as well as the literacy level of basic medical care, chronic disease prevention and control, infectious disease prevention and treatment of the whole city are the focus of work.
