摘  要:为研究波纹腹板H型钢梁开孔后的受剪性能,设计完成4个试件的受剪承载力试验。试验设计为两端简支梁的跨中单调加载,试验中监测试件跨中位移,得到试件的荷载-位移曲线、极限荷载和破坏形态等。采用ABAQUS对其进行数值模拟,将模拟结果与试验对比得到,有限元模型能较好地模拟各试件的受载变形过程。参考现有未开孔波纹腹板的弹塑性屈曲计算方法,根据试验结果及有限元参数分析结果,提出波纹腹板开孔后的弹塑性承载力的计算式。研究表明,开圆孔后的波纹腹板均发生整体剪切屈曲破坏,现有的未开孔波纹腹板弹塑性屈曲计算公式对于开孔后的波纹腹板偏于不安全,文中提出的公式与试验及参数分析的结果相比具有较好的安全性,且形式简单、便于采用。To investigate the mechanical behaviour of corrugated web girders with circular openings subjected to shear, 4 specimens for shear bearing capacity were tested. Simply-supported beams were loaded monotonically in the midspan, the midspan displacement was monitored, and some parameters, such as the load-displacement curves, the ultimate load and failure mode, were obtained. The finite element analysis was carried out by using ABAQUS, and the simulation results agree well with the experimental ones. Referring to the existing calculation methods for elastic-plastic buckling of corrugated web H-beam without opening, the calculation expression for the corrugated web H-beam with circular opening was proposed based on the experiment and finite element parametric analysis results. The research results show that the results by the proposed calculation formula has good security and simple form when compared with the test results and finite element parametric analysis.
