摘  要:为了提高锅炉出力,运用Ansys Fluent软件对不同的炉膛结构参数(原方案、方案一、方案二)进行模拟分析,得出适当降低二次风喷口与布风板的距离及缩小二次风所在平面面积,可以提高稀相区颗粒物浓度,降低密相区颗粒物浓度。实施方案二后,锅炉稀相区颗粒浓度增加,炉出口温度增加,锅炉出力增强(改造后锅炉出力大约为70 t/h)。In order to improve the output of the boiler,the Ansys Fluent software is used to simulate and analyze the parameters of the different furnace structures. It is concluded that reducing the distance between the secondary air vent and wind-distribution plate and reducing the plane area of the secondary air can improve the concentration of particles in dilute phase region and reduce the concentration of particles in dense phase region. After implementation of the scheme two,the particle concentration in the dilute phase area of the boiler increases,the outlet temperature of the boiler increases,and the output of the boiler increases( the output of the boiler after modification is about 70 t/h).
