医院护理员洗手依从性及影响因素的质性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨医院护理员洗手依从性及影响因素，以便提出有效的管理对策。方法采用质性研究中的访谈法，对新疆维吾尔自治区人民医院18名护理员进行深度访谈，现场录音，对访谈所得资料采用内容分析法分析护理员洗手的依从性及影响因素。结果护理员洗手的依从性较低，影响护理员洗手依从性的因素主要有：工作量大；手部污染情况不知晓；自身重视程度不够；少数民族文化差异；科室节省成本5个主题。结论护理员洗手依从性低有管理、设施及个人等多方面的原因，医院管理者应强化护理员洗手的意识，进一步规范其洗手行为，以提升护理员洗手依从性，避免经手传播的院内感染发生。Objective To explore the compliance and the influencing factors of hand washing of hospital care workers, so as to propose an effective management strategy. Methods Using the qualitative study interview, care workers from 18 hospital were interviewed in depth and recorded on site. And the content of the interviews was used to analyze the compliance and influencing factors of hand washing of hospital care workers. Results In this study, the compliance of hand washing of hospital care workers was low, and the main factors affecting the compliance of hospital care workers were heavy workload, the hospital care workers＇ hands contamination, paying no enough attention to the problems, cultural differences between ethnic groups, and the measures of cost-saving in the clinical departments. Conclusions The reasons of low compliance of hand washing of hospital care workers were hospital management, hand washing facilities, personal reasons, and etc.Therefore, the hospital administrators should enhance the consciousness of hospital care workers to wash their hands, to standardize their hand-washing behaviors, in order to enhance hospital care workers＇ compliance, and to avoid nosocomial infections.
