农户农地转出满意度影响因素分析

摘　　要：基于安徽省5县(市、区)574份农户调查数据,分析农户农地转出满意度影响因素,为引导农地有序流转,提高农地流转效率提供参考。研究发现:农户对农地流转过程中各类风险的预期、农地流转政策执行过程及效果是影响其农地转出满意度的决定性因素;农户应对农地流转表现出较为显著的经济理性;农户性别、受教育程度及家庭年收入对其满意度具有显著正向作用。因此,农地流转过程中应慎重对待各类隐性风险,建立严格的风险监管机制;充分尊重农户意愿,保证农民参与权,同时积极引导农业规模经营;完善利益分配机制,强化流转租金管理;为受教育程度较低及女性农民提供就业培训,进一步完善农村社会养老保障体系。Based on the survey data of 574 households in 5 counties（cities and districts）in Anhui Province,this paper analyzes the factors affecting farmers＇ satisfaction about farmland transfer.The results show that farmers＇ expectation of all kinds of risks in the process of farmland transfer and the implementation process and effect of farmland transfer policy are the decisive factors that affect their satisfaction on farmland transfer;farmers showed more significant economic rationality in response to the transfer of farmland;in addition,the gender,age and family annual income of farmers have significant positive effect on their satisfaction.Therefore,in order to effectively improve their satisfaction on farmland transfer and promote the efficiency of farmland transfer,all kinds of hidden risks in the process of rural land transfer should be treated with caution.
