高层钢结构住宅楼混凝土配套施工技术分析

摘　　要：辽阳市商务综合楼工程总建筑面积161 778 m^2,其中A楼、B楼地下1层,地上24层,框架-剪力墙结构,建筑面积为84 140 m^2。筏板周长213 m,厚度1.8 m,局部2.4 m,为大体积混凝土,混凝土强度等级为C40,抗渗等级为P6,混凝土总方量约为11 000 m^3,每栋楼以后浇带划分,每栋楼共分2个浇筑段,混凝土一次浇筑量约为2 750 m^3。地下1层至地上16层采用刚骨混凝土结构施工,钢骨混凝土剪力墙等使高层钢结构住宅具有较为良好的抗震性能。The total building area of Liaoyang commercial complex building is 161778m^2, in which the A and B buildings are on the ground floor, 24 floors on the ground, frame shear wall structure and the building area of 84140m^2.The circumference of the raft is 213m, the thickness is 1.8m, the local 2.4m is large volume concrete, the concrete strength grade is C40, the anti seepage grade is P6, the concrete total square amount is about 11000m^3.Each building is divided into 2 pouring sections, each building is divided into 2 pouring sections, and the concrete pouring amount is about 2 750 m^3. The sixteen floors of the ground floor to the ground are constructed by the rigid bone concrete structure, and the steel reinforced concrete shear walls make the high-rise steel structure with a better seismic performance.
