江苏省农业科技扶贫的路径及模式分析

摘　　要：农业科技对促进江苏省农民脱贫致富和农业现代化发展发挥了至关重要的作用。文章结合实地调查研究,分析了以农业技术应用内生驱动实现科技扶贫、以农业科技培育优势产业助力农户脱贫、以农业科技提升技能潜力促进才智增收等江苏省农业科技扶贫的路径,总结了江苏农业科技扶贫的科技应用推广、科技产业培育、科技技能培训等模式,并进一步提出了江苏省农业科技扶贫的经验借鉴,如完善的组织体系、适用的利益联结机制、系统的科技创新应用体系等。Agricultural science and technology has made fruitful contributions to the agricultural modernization development and the farmers＇ income increase.Through the investigation research,the agricultural science and technology poverty alleviation path was analyzed,such as apply agricultural science and technology as endogenous drive in order to poverty alleviation,cultivating competitive industry by agricultural science and technology to help farmers get rid of poverty,promoting skills and abilities and intelligence by agricultural science and technology to increase income.At the same time,we sum up the main modes about agricultural science and technology poverty alleviation in Jiangsu Province,such as agricultural science and technology popularization and application,agricultural science and technology industrial cultivation and agricultural science and technology skill training.Further more,we put forward experience reference to agricultural science and technology poverty alleviation in Jiangsu Province,such as improved system,adaptable benefit banding mechanism,and systematic scientific innovation extension system.
