摘　　要：文章以江苏省农业科学院为例,通过对科研基地管理队伍现状的分析,指出了农业科研基地管理队伍建设中存在的问题,并从政策支持、系统培训、岗位流动、跨级聘用以及深入实施考评机制等方面提出了加强科研基地管理队伍建设的措施,以推进现代农业科研基地健康、高效、持续发展,为创建现代农业科研院所提供保障。Taking Jiangsu Academy of Agricultural Sciences for an example,the current situation of scientific research base management team was analyzed,and problems existing in the construction of management team of agricultural scientific research base pointed out in the paper.Measures to strengthen construction of base management team were put forward,such as the policy support,systematic training,post flow,upper employment and deepen the examination system.This will promote a healthy,efficient and sustainable development of modern agricultural scientific research base,and guarantee the construction of modern agricultural scientific research institutes.
