农业科研院所机关党建特色创新对策研究——以江苏省农业科学院为例

摘　　要：文章围绕全面落实党的十九大精神、大力实施乡村振兴战略的新时代要求,以江苏省农业科学院为例,研究分析了加强农业科研院所机关党建特色创建的现实意义,总结提炼了机关党建工作现状和存在的问题,结合工作实践,从探索建立统筹性重点教育培训机制、建立党员固定学习活动场所、构建特色活动载体等方面提出了加强农业科研院所机关党建创新思想建设、阵地建设和机关文化建设的对策。Focusing on implementation of the spirit of the 19th National Congress of CPC and requirements of the strategy of rural revitalization in the new era and taking Jiangsu Academy of Agricultural Sciences as an example,the practical significance of strengthening the party building in offices of agricultural scientific research institutes was analyzed in the paper.The present situation and existing problems of party building work were summarized.Combined with the work practice,three aspects were explored from establishing an integrated key education and training mechanism,setting fixed place of study activities of the party members,and constructing carrier of the special activities.So the innovative countermeasures and suggestions for the construction of the party building thought,the position construction and the cultural construction of the organs of the agricultural scientific research institute were put forward.
