摘　　要：采用甲壳素纤维与棉、天丝等纤维进行小比例混纺开发甲壳素纤维小比例混纺纱产品,主要用于针织和梭织用纱,甲壳素纤维与其他纤维的混纺比例为5∶95、8∶92、10∶90,纱线线密度为9.7~36.5 tex;同时,采用黏胶基甲壳素纤维进行产品开发。详细介绍甲壳素纤维国内外研究现状、产品开发与技术解决方案,包括研究内容、研究方法、产品设计方案及项目具体实施情况。阐述项目实施效果,指出生产过程中存在的问题并给出具体改进方案,进一步提出发展建议。该研究拓宽了甲壳素纤维在纺织产品中的应用范围。The small proportion blended yarn of chitin fiber and cotton and Tencel is used to develop chitin fiber small proportion blended yarn product,which is mainly used for knitting and weaving yarn.The blending ratio of chitin fiber and other fibers are 5∶95,8∶92 and 10∶90,and the yarn linear density is 9.7～36.5 tex.At the same time,viscose based chitin fibers are also used for product development.The research status of chitin fiber at home and abroad,product development and technology solution are introduced in detail,including research content,research method,product design scheme and specific implementation of the project.This paper expounds the implementation effect of the project and points out the problems existing in the production process,and puts forward concrete improvement plans,and further puts forward development suggestions.This study widens the application scope of chitin fiber in textile products.
