摘  要:为深入研究现有道路用阻热的降温性能及微观结构,优选环氧树脂、固化剂、隔热功能材料等阻热涂料原材料,制备具有良好降温效果的道路阻热涂料,通过测温试验全面评价阻热涂料对于沥青路面的降温效果,采用元素分析手段系统研究阻热涂料的化学组成,在此基础上,通过扫描电镜试验(SEM)对阻热涂料的微观结构进行全面表征。试验结果表明阻热涂料降温效果优良,可降低路面温度10℃以上,同时其化学性质稳定,能够满足应用耐久性需求,其微观结构组成均匀。In order to study the cooling effect and microstructure of thermal insulation coatings for asphalt pavement, the raw materials including epoxy resin, curing agent and thermal insulation material were selected, and the thermal insulation coating with good thermal insulating performance was prepared. The cooling effect of thermal insulation coating was evaluated by temperature test. The chemical proportion of thermal insulation coating was analyzed by element analysis. On this basis, the microstructure was characterized through scanning electron microscope. The results showed that the thermal insulting coating had excellent cooling effect, which could decrease pavement temperature above 10℃. Meanwhile, the chemical property was very stable, which was good enough for its application durability. The microstructure of thermal insulating coating was very uniform.
