摘  要:介绍了洗涤除胶-过滤除雾-催化氧化深度治理-余热回收组合工艺技术在某橡胶厂顺丁橡胶尾气治理上的成功应用。该橡胶厂顺丁橡胶生产装置尾气三条线总气量为70 000 Nm3/h,总烃浓度为2 000~7 000mg/m3,主要污染物为己烷、丁二烯、环己烷、2-甲基己烷等。顺丁橡胶尾气经过该组合工艺处理后,净化气中总烃浓度低于20 mg/m3,满足本废气处理装置的设计指标,低于国家排放标准以及重点地区的排放标准。总烃去除率在99%以上,废气处理装置运转及催化剂活性稳定,具有明显的环保效益。The successful application of the combined process technology of washing and degumming, filtration and defogging, catalytic oxidation and waste heat recovery in the treatment of butadiene rubber tail gas in a rubber plant was introduced. The total volume of tail gas from the three lines of butadiene rubber production plant of the rubber plant is 70 000 m3/h, the total hydrocarbon concentration is 2 000~7 000 mg/m3, and the main pollutants are hexane, butadiene, cyclohexane, 2-methylhexane, etc. After the butadiene rubber tail gas is treated by this combination process, the total hydrocarbon concentration in the purified gas is less than 20 mg/m3, which satisfies the design criteria of the exhaust gas treatment device and is lower than the national emission standards and the emission standards in key areas. The total hydrocarbon removal rate is above 99%, the operation of the exhaust gas treatment device and the catalyst activity are stable, with obvious environmental benefits.
