摘  要:针对现有铬体系调剖剂的成胶时间过快、不能满足现场注入的要求,通过采取在缓冲法延长该体系调剖剂成胶时间,来达到控制调剖剂的成胶时间的目的。并通过长期的观测,对缓释效果,长期稳定性和不同p H值影响进行分析,得出不同p H值相应破胶率,肯定了p H对调剖剂缓释成胶的效果,但是对其长期稳定性提出了质疑。通过对该体系效果评价,并参照大庆某区块地层调剖技术要求,缓冲后的调剖剂在成胶时间、强度上满足技术要求,但是存在缓冲后的胶体缺乏长期稳定性的问题,不能长期有效的封堵大孔道,在配置铬体系调剖剂时,若需要减缓成胶时间,不需要长期胶体稳定,可选择加入缓冲剂来延缓调剖剂的成胶时间。反之,若需要调剖剂长期稳定,应保持其原有的化学性质,不对p H值进行调整。The gelation speed of existing chromium system profile control agents is fast, which cannot meet the requirement of field injection. The buffering method is always used to prolong the gelling time of profile control agent, and the purpose of controlling the gelling time of profile control agent is achieved. In this paper, slow-release effect and long term stability of the profile control agent were analyzed as well as the influence of different p H; and the gel breaking rates corresponding to different p H values were obtained, and the effect of p H on slow-release gelation of the profile control agent was determined, the effect of p H on its long-term stability was questioned. Based on the formation profile control technique requirements of a block in Daqing oilfield, the evaluation of the system proved that the buffer profile control agent met the technical requirements in gelling time and strength. However, there was a lack of long-term stability of the buffer colloid, and it could not block the large pore channel for a long time. During preparing the chromium profile modification agent, if the gelling time is needed and the long-term colloidal stability is not needed, the buffer should be added to retard the gelling time of the profile control agent. On the contrary, if the profile control agent needs long-term stability, the original chemical properties should be kept, and the p H value should not be adjusted.
