摘 要:在化工及石油炼制过程中,原油常减压蒸馏属于此过程中的主要工艺流程,也是原油深加工过程中的基础环节。炼油企业工作过程中能源消耗较多的就是原油常减压蒸馏装置,其操作情况与石油工艺具有密切的联系。因为石油资源被大量的开采,原油也进入到了劣质化的阶段,并且随着原油的性质在不断的变化,要想使装置满足不同的操作需求,就要全面优化常减压蒸馏装置操作参数,以此解决实际生产中的问题。基于此,本文就分析原油常减压蒸馏装置中的运行参数,之后实现装置的优化。In the process of chemical and petroleum refining, the crude oil atmospheric and vacuum distillation is a main process, and is also a basic link in the deep processing of crude oil. In oil refining enterprises, the main energy consumption plant is crude oil atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit, and its operation condition is closely related to its processes. With continuous development of oil resources, crude oil quality becomes poorer and poorer. With the changing of crude oil properties, the running parameters of traditional crude oil atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit need be are optimized to satisfy different operation requirements, in order to solve the problems in actual production. Based on this, the process parameters of crude oil atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit were analyzed in this paper, and then the optimization of the units were realized.
