摘　　要：针对天然毛皮价格昂贵、处理工艺复杂等问题,文中介绍了可以用于织造针织人造毛皮的纤维原料,阐述了针织人造毛皮的纬编毛条喂入式和毛纱割圈式织造方法,同时也介绍了人造毛皮的后整理工序,包括从普通后整工艺的上浆、刷毛、烫光、剪毛、轧花到特殊的后整工艺包括双色深加工工艺、滚球工艺、柔软与抗静电整理等后整理工艺。最后简述了人造毛皮的应用领域,并介绍了针织人造毛皮产品服饰用、装饰用、产业用领域的应用,为针织人造毛皮未来的发展方向提供了更广大的空间。In view of the high price and the complicated processing technology of natural fur, this paper introduced the fiber raw materials which can be used for weaving knitted artificial fur, and described the weft-knitted top feeding and wool yarn cutting-type weaving method of knitted artificial fur, and also introduced the finishing process of artificial fur, including sizing, brushing, ironing, shearing, embossing to special post-finishing process from ordinary post-finishing process, including two-color deep processing, ball rolling, soft and anti-static finishing and other finishing processes. Finally, it briefly introduced the application fields of artificial fur and the application of knitted artificial fur products in apparel, decoration and industrial fields, which provides a broader space for the future development of knitted artificial fur.
