锦盖棉双面针织物一浴法染色实践

摘　　要：针对传统锦棉织物两浴两步法染色工艺流程长、加工成本高、同色性差的问题,通过选用优良的酸性、活性染料,采用新型一浴法染色工艺对锦盖棉双面针织物进行染色。探讨了新型一浴法染色工艺对织物染色K/S值、色差、染色牢度的影响,并与传统两浴两步法染色工艺进行对比。结果表明,新型一浴法染色工艺染色织物K/S值及色差与传统两浴两步法染色工艺相当,耐皂洗色牢度和耐摩擦色牢度提高1~2级,提高了生产效率,降低污水排放量,节约了生产成本,具有节能减排效应。In view of the problem of long process flow, high processing cost and poor color matching of the traditional two-bath and two-step dyeing process for nylon and cotton blended fabric. In this paper, the fabric was dyed with a new one-bath dyeing process using the excellent acid dyes and reactive dyes. The effects of the new one-bath dyeing process on the dyeing K/S value, color difference and dyeing fastness were discussed and compared with the traditional dyeing process. The results show that the K/S value and color difference of the new onebath dyeing process is equivalent to the traditional dyeing process, and the soap fastness and rubbing fastness are both improved by 1~2 level, which reduces emission, improves the production efficiency, reduces the sewage discharge and saves the production cost.
