摘  要:围绕井下单体液压支柱,利用芯片Z1000和芯片SH79F166分别设计基于ZigBee无线传感网络技术的无线通信模块和基于嵌入式技术的主控制模块,并设计了安全的电源电路模块。通过现场测试,设计能满足数据采集的有效性和可靠性要求,功耗较低,达到信息监测的传输性质高的水平,对井下液压支柱的压力值可以实现实时监测与报警,降低事故发生率,并能实际用于井下安全生产。This research focuses on the single hydraulic prop of the well. Using the chip Z1000 and chip SH79F166, the wireless communication module based on the Zig Bee wireless sensor network technology and the main control module based on embedded technology are designed respectively. And a safe power supply circuit module is designed. Through the field test, the design can satisfy the requirement of the validity and reliability of data acquisition, and the power consumption is low, and the transmission quality of information monitoring is high. The pressure value of the downhole hydraulic prop can realize real-time monitoring and alarm, reduce the accident rate, and can actually be used in underground safe production.
