国医大师徐经世从“伏邪”论治内伤发热的经验探析

摘　　要：国医大师徐经世认为伏邪是内伤发热的主要病因。主要病机为有热毒内伏,邪及少阳;情志内伤,邪伏少阳;邪伏阴分,阴虚发热。治疗以转枢少阳,益气养阴,清热解毒,处方用药以小柴胡汤为基础加减化裁。Professor XU Jing - shi, a great master of traditional Chinese medicine, believes that volt pathogenic is the main cause of internal injuries and fever. The etiology and pathogenesis characteristics of internal injuries and fever is heat toxin incubated in the body, pathogen and shaoyang; emotional internal injuries, evil volts and shaoyang; heat -clearing and detoxifying, yin deficiency and fever. Treatment is based on turning pivot and shaoyang ; supplementing qi and nourishing yin ; heat - clearing and detoxifying, yin de- ficiency and fever. Prescription is addition and subtraction which based on Xiaochaihu Decoction.
