摘　　要：郭会卿教授在临床运用中医辨证理论治疗强直性脊柱炎,出现胁肋部疼痛、胸闷腹胀为主者,辨证属肝郁型,以舒肝行气、活血止痛、舒筋通络为法,方用失笑逍遥散加减效果极佳。文中特举验案以示其临证经验。Prof. Guo Huiqing used traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation theory to treat ankylosing spondylitis. In the treatment of liver - depressed ankylosing spondylitis, there are flank pain, chest tightness, abdominal distention, the instructor to Shugan Xingqi, Huoxue Zhitong, Shujin Tongluo method, with Shixiao Xiaoyao addition and subtraction effect is excellent. The article gives an example of his experience.
