摘　　要：寨卡病毒(Zika virus,ZIKV)是一种虫媒病毒,曾经由于感染人数较少且成年患者症状不明显而没有引起足够重视。近年来寨卡病毒疫情多次暴发,呈迅速蔓延的趋势,并有研究证实其为吉兰-巴雷综合征和新生儿小头症的病因之一,目前尚无针对性的预防性疫苗和治疗性药物。世界卫生组织(WHO)曾宣布将寨卡病毒列为全球公共卫生紧急关注事件,对于寨卡病毒预防和治疗方法的研究正是当务之急。本文对寨卡病毒结构、基因组、致病机制以及最新的预防治疗措施进行综述,为其疫苗开发、抗病毒治疗等研究提供理论依据。Zika virus is a kind of arboviruses that has not been paid enough attention because of the small number of infections and the inconspicuous symptoms of adult patients.In recent years,the Zika epidemic has repeatedly happened as outbreaks and spread rapidly.Studies have confirmed that Zika virus infection is one of the causes of Guillain-Barre syndrome and microcephaly.Currently,there are no targeted prophylactic vaccines and therapeutic drugs for this disease.The World Health Organization（WHO）has announced it a global public health emergency concern;thus,it is important to study the prevention and treatment of diseases caused by Zika virus.In this review,we summarized the structure,genome,pathogenesis,recent researches on the prevention and treatment of Zika virus.
