黑龙江省农地适度经营规模及其制约因素研究

摘　　要：基于黑龙江省380份农户样本数据,运用DEA方法测算农户农地经营效率以确定玉米、水稻种植的农地适度经营规模,并对其制约因素进行分析。结果表明:1)农户玉米、水稻种植的农地经营规模与生产效率之间并非呈现简单的线性关系,而是大体呈倒"U"型关系;2)当前生产力水平下,玉米、水稻种植的农地适度经营规模区间分别是(136,145]、(166,190]、(200,400]和(100,111]、(141,160];3)当前农户玉米、水稻种植的实际平均规模分别是53.34亩、50.01亩,小于农地适度经营的"门槛"规模,农户兼业化生产、农户融资渠道不畅、农地流转社会服务水平低、农地流转市场低效运行等因素阻碍黑龙江省发展农地规模化经营。Base on 380 questionnaire surveys of farmers,DEA method was adopted to calculate the efficiency score of sample farmers in order to cultivate the moderate scale and analyze the constraint factors. Research results show that,Firstly,there is no simple linear relationship between the scale and relative efficiency,but the inverted ＂ U＂ relationship. Secondly,the moderate scale of agricultural land operation of corn planting is（ 136,145],（ 166,190] and（ 200,400] and the moderate scale of rice cultivated land is（ 100,111] and（ 141,160]. Thirdly,the current average agricultural land scale farmers＇ corn and rice planting are 53. 34 and 50. 01 acres,which are less than the respective land moderate scale operation scale threshold. Concurrently production of farmers,obstruent financing channels of farmers,the low level of agricultural land circulation social service and inefficient operation of agricultural land circulation market hindered the development of farmland scale management.
