基于社会规范视角的农户化肥减量化措施采纳行为研究

摘　　要：在陕西、山西、甘肃、安徽、江苏五省1023户农户的调研数据基础上,采用二元Logistic模型,基于社会规范视角对农户所采取的增施有机肥、施用高效新型肥料和秸秆还田这3项化肥减量化措施采纳行为进行研究。结果表明:描述性社会规范和命令性社会规范不仅会对农户的化肥减量化措施采纳行为产生直接正向影响,还可通过内化为个人规范进而对其化肥减量化措施采纳行为产生间接正向影响;农户认为化肥用量越多越好的程度越高、家庭拥有的耕地块数越多,其对化肥减量化措施的采纳程度越低;农户对当前农业环境已经受到污染的认可程度越高、对化肥减量化具体措施的了解程度越高、对经济利益的追求程度越高、家庭拥有的耕地面积越大,其采取化肥减量化措施的可能性越大。Based on the survey data of 1023 farmer households from Shaanxi,Shanxi,Gansu,Anhui,Jiangsu province,binary Logistic model wes used to study the farmers＇ three fertilizer reduction measure adoption behaviors from the perspective of social norms,which include increasing organic fertilizer,applying efficient new types of fertilizer and returning straw to field. Results show that the descriptive social norms and injunctive social norms not only exerted positive impact directly on the farmers＇ fertilizer reduction measures,but also exerted positive effect indirectly on farmers＇ fertilizer reduction measure through internalizing into personal norms. The higher the degree that farmers who belief the more fertilizer should be used was,the more acres of arable lands that the farmers had,the less the chemical fertilizer reduction measures that the farmer adopted. But if farmer＇s recognition degree that the agricultural environment had been polluted was higher,the level of their understanding of the fertilizer reduction measures was higher,their pursuit of economic interests was greater,and they owned more arable lands,they were more likely to take chemical fertilizer reduction measures.
