摘　　要：利用ARL4460直读光谱仪对镀锌板中化学成分含量测定过程中可能存在的干扰因素进行分析，通过对锌层的去除、样品的制备、光源的选择、分析时间的设置、分析温度的控制等实验条件的优化，得到了较低的检出限和测定下限，保证了镀锌薄板中化学成分分析结果的准确度和精密度。In this paper, ARL4460 direct reading spectrometer is used to analyze the possible interference factors in the determination of chemical composition in galvanized sheet. By optimizing the experimental conditions, such as the removal of zinc layer, the preparation of samples, the selection of light source, the setting of analysis time and the control of the analysis temperature, the lower detection limit are obtained, which ensures the accuracy and precision of the chemical composition analysis results in the galvanized sheet.
