摘  要:介绍了唐山三友氯碱有限责任公司氯乙烯生产装置实际运行情况,针对低汞触媒使用过程中出现的问题进行了分析,提出了3个改进措施:(1)提高转化器床层温度;(2)拆除后台转化器芯杆;(3)改变前后台转化器配比数量。工艺改进后,低汞触媒单耗降低0.1 kg(以生产1 t PVC计),产生经济效益193.5万元/a。The actual operation of vinyl chloride production equipment in Tangshan Sanyou Chlor-Alkali Co. Ltd. was introduced. The problems in the use of low-level mercury catalyst were analyzed , and three improvement measures were put forward: (1) increasing the temperature of the con- verter bed layer; (2) removing the core rod of the second-stage converter; (3) first-stage and second-stage convertor. After improvement, the unit consum catalysts decreased by 0.1 kg (for 1 t PVC), and the economic benefit was changing the proportion of ption of low-level mercury 1 935 thousand yuan/a.
