摘  要:为解决松软煤层瓦斯抽采钻孔变形较大、稳定性差等问题,基于蠕变煤层与套管相互作用力学模型,采用理论分析和ABAQUS数值模拟相结合的方法,研究了在非均匀地应力下松软煤层蠕变对瓦斯成孔稳定性的影响,对比松软煤层在有无水泥环、套管下的蠕变情况。结果表明:水泥环和套管对煤孔的稳定性会产生积极的影响;当钻孔直径取?85 mm时,套管及孔壁应力较小。In order to solve the problems of larger deformation and poor stability of gas extraction boreholes in soft coal seam,based on mechanical model of interaction between creep coal seam and casing pipe, the influence of creep of soft coal seam on stability of gas extraction borehole formation is studied under non-uniform stress by theoretical analysis and ABAQUS numerical simulation, the creep conditions of the soft coal seam with or without cement ring and casing were compared. The results show that the effect of cement ring and casing pipe on the stability of the coal hole is positive. When the drilling diameter is ?85 mm, the stress of casing and hole wall is smaller.
