摘  要:立足中国快递行业发展现状,借鉴美国UPS和亚马逊在快递服务定价方面的经验,结合消费者问卷调查,对影响中国快递服务的内外影响因素进行分析,研究实施"柔性定价策略",实现快递服务价格的理性回归,促进中国快递行业向科技化、自动化、智能化良性发展。Based on the current development situation of the express delivery industry in China, drawing on the experience of UPS and Amazon in express delivery service pricing, and combined with a customer questionnaire survey, this paper analyzes the internal and external influence factors of the express delivery services in China, and studies and implements the flexible pricing strategy to precipitate the rational return of the price of the express delivery services and promote the technology-guided, automation-based and intelligent development of China’s express delivery industry in a benign way.
