摘 要:目的:研究呼吸困难导致心力衰竭(HF)患者的B型钠尿肽(BNP)、N端B型钠尿肽原(NT–proBNP)、中间片段心房利钠肽原(MR–proANP)水平与HF患者心功能分级的相关性。方法:床旁测定96例HF患者(观察组)和46例非HF(对照组)BNP、NT–proBNP、MR–proANP水平。结果:观察组患者BNP、NT–proBNP、MR–proANP水平随纽约心脏病学会(NYHA)心功能分级的提高显著增高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),且观察组患者BNP、NT–proBNP、MR–proANP血浆浓度值呈高度相关(r=0.934,0.912,0.942,P<0.01)。结论:BNP、NT–proBNP、MR–proANP均可用于HF早期诊断和HF严重程度的评估。Objective Analyze BNP, NT–proBNP, MR–proANP levels correlated with heart failure in patients with cardiac function classification. Method The levels of BNP in 96 cases with HF and 46 non-HF cases were detected by IRMA, and NT–proBNP, MR–proANP levels by ELISA. Result The BNP, NT–proBNP, MR–proANP levels increased significantly following the degree of classification by NYHA heart failure(P〈0.05), the concentration of BNP, NT–proBNP, MR–proANP levels in plasma are highly correlated(r = 0.934, 0.912, 0.942, P〈0.01)with each other. Conclusion The BNP, NT–proBNP and MR–proANP can be used in the HF early diagnosis and assessment of the severity of HF.
