摘  要:在运营铁路的信号设备管理与维护通常由电务部门负责,当出现应急抢修、春运保障、信号系统新建或升级等情形时,则需要同设计单位和生产企业进行联动。对于生产企业而言,售后服务风险源主要有人、机、环境和管理等方面。采用层次分析法对铁路信号设备生产企业售后服务风险因素进行评估,提出有针对性的安全管理和预防措施。The signal telecom department is usually responsible for the management and maintenance of signal equipment in operational railways. When there are such conditions as emergency repair, spring transportation guarantee, newly-built signal system or upgrading, it is necessary to work together between the design unit and production enterprises. For production enterprises, the main risk sources of after-sales service include human, machine, environment and management. The paper introduces using AHP to evaluate the risk factors of after-sales service of railway signaling equipment manufacturers, and puts forward targeted safety management and preventive measures.
