摘 要:基于流体动力学和液固两相流流动理论,建立了砂粒在环空液体中运移的流动模型.在忽略固相颗粒在液相中微观运动状况的基础上,通过数值模拟的方法,研究岩屑在不同流动参数下的运移规律,揭示砂粒在流体流动中的运动规律.研究结果表明,流体粘度和入口流量两个参数对固液两相流动中岩屑的运移影响较大.入口流量和流体粘度增加,流体对岩屑的携带作用增强,且携带的颗粒直径也变大.Based on the fluid dynamics and the liquid-solid two-phase flow theory, A flow model for the migration of sand particles in an Horizontal well liquid was established. Ne- glecting the microscopic motion of solid particles in the liquid phase, Through the numerical simulation method, the motion of sand under different flow parameters was studied, reveal the microscopic and macroscopic movement rule of sand. Research results show that: The two parameters of fluid viscosity and inlet flow have a great influence on the migration of cuttings in solid-liquid two-phase flow. Fluid carrying capacity of sand and diameter of the particles was increased with the annular inlet flow and fluid viscosity increase.
