摘 要:目的:优选黄精舒眠颗粒的水提取工艺和成型工艺。方法:以总固物、天麻素含量、总糖含量为考察指标,通过L_9(3~4)正交试验考察提取次数、提取时间、加水量对黄精舒眠颗粒提取工艺的影响;以粒度、堆密度、休止角、吸湿率为指标,采用单因素试验考察辅料用量对黄精舒眠颗粒成型工艺的影响。结果:优选的水提取工艺条件为煎煮3次,每次1 h,每次加10倍量水。成型工艺为提取液浓缩至相对密度约为1.30~1.35的清膏,与淀粉、糊精按1∶1∶1混合后制颗粒。结论:优选的工艺合理可行,适用黄精舒眠颗粒的制备。In this study,we optimized the extraction and shaping technology of Polygonatum sibiricum granules.With the yield of dry extraction,and the content of gastrodin and total carbohydrate as evaluation indexes,L_9( 3~4)orthogonal experiments were carried out to evaluate the effects of extraction time,number of extraction times,and water adding level on the extraction of Polygonatum sibiricum. With the particle size,bulk density,angle of repose,and moisture content as indexes,single factor experiments were carried out to evaluate the effects of adjuvant materials on the shaping of Polygonatum sibiricum granules. As a result,the optimum extraction process was decoct extracting for 3 times( 1 h each time) with tenfold water amount. The optimum shaping process was concentrating the solution to the relative density of 1. 30-1. 35,then mixing with starch and dextrin in ratio of 1∶ 1∶ 1 to make granules.This optimized technology was feasible,and could be used in the production of Polygonatum sibiricum granules.
