摘　　要：目的:通过对会诊全流程的梳理,设计出高效、严谨的操作流程,并利用信息化技术手段,对会诊流程各环节的操作进行规范,构建标准化、规范化、智能化的会诊流程。方法:重构远程会诊平台,通过基于Web技术的PC端和App技术的移动端进行会诊的全流程处理。结果:从会诊申请到会诊结束的所有工作环节都可通过PC端和移动端完成,使会诊工作变得智能、简单、高效。结论:远程会诊流程再造,利用信息化技术实现了会诊过程中各环节规范化和流程化操作,最大限度减少了人工参与环节,提高了远程会诊的工作效率和远程医学中心的智能化水平。Objective： By sorting out the whole process of consultation, we design an efficient and rigorous operation process and standardize the operation of all aspects of the consultation process by information technology, and build standardized and intelligent consultation process. Methods： The remote consultation platform was reconstructed, and the whole process of consultation was processed through the mobile terminal of the PC end and App technology based on Web technology. Results： All the work links from the application of the consultation to the end of the consultation can be completed through the PC end and the mobile end, making the consultation work intelligent, simple and efficient. Conclusion： Remote consultation process reengineering, information technology is used to achieve standardization and process operation of all links in the consultation process, minimizing manual participation, improving the efficiency of tele-consultation and the intellectualization level of telemedicine center.
