摘　　要：目的:为门急诊业务系统提供基础业务功能,统一门急诊数据交互标准,规范门急诊业务流程与逻辑。方法:汇总分析解放军总医院门急诊业务系统,并根据业务划分模块,提取每个模块的功能,采用Web Service技术实现。结果:建立统一的门急诊数据交互标准和规范,实现门急诊业务系统通用接口。结论:为门急诊业务系统快速实现基础业务功能提供了帮助,形成了一套标准规范,但对门急诊业务系统通用接口的管控还有待加强。Objective： Provide basic business functions for the outpatient and emergency operation system, unified outpatient and emergency data interaction standard, standardize business processes and logic. Methods： Summary analysis of the outpatient and emergency operation system in our hospital, divide the business module, then extract the function, and implement the interface with Web Service. Results： Establishment of a unified standard and specification for data interaction in outpatient and emergency, implement the universal interface. Conclusion： Provide help for the rapid implementation of basic business functions in the outpatient and emergency operation system, form a set of standard specifications, but the control of the universal interface of the outpatient and emergency is still to be strengthened.
