摘　　要：2014年,由克拉玛依市中心医院牵头承担的国家科技惠民项目《新疆克拉玛依市远程医疗技术示范与推广》(项目编号:2013GS650102),获得国家科技部和自治区科技等配套资金支持。经过三年的努力,超额完成各项任务指标,示范效果良好,推广成效显著。为提高克拉玛依市医疗技术水平,解决人民群众"看病难、看病贵"的社会问题,也为科技援疆探索出一条路子。In 2014, Telemedicine Technology Demonstration and Promotion in Karamay, Xinjiang, the national science and technology people-benefiting project led and undertaken by Karamay Central Hospital of Xinjiang obtained the fund support from the Ministry of Science and Technology of the People’s Republic of China and Science and Technology of the Autonomous Region. After three years of hard work, the targets of various tasks were overfulfilled, the demonstration effect was good, and the promotion results were significant. It has explored a way to improve the medical technology level of Karamay, solve the social problem of ＂difficulty of getting medical service and expensive medical treatment＂ for the people, and provide assistance to Xinjiang with science and technology.
