摘　　要：目的:基于电子病历系统设计辅助生殖技术手术通知单以及手术通知流程,实现生殖中心医疗工作的统一管理。方法:确定手术通知单内容;制定获取部位;决定触发节点;设计手术排序的原则;设计列表界面及打印界面;制定手术通知工作流程。结果:手术通知单内容包括患者基本信息和临床信息,信息自动获取,填写扳机方法和时间生成手术通知单,形成固定手术通知流程。结论:流程设计可以自动获取基本信息;保证关键数据的录入;数据自动获取;手术安排自动化;手术列表信息完备,以方便护士和实验室人员安排工作;保证医疗安全。Objective： To design the surgical notice and surgical notice procedure of assisted reproductive technology operation based on the electronic medical record system, and realize the unified management of the medical work of the reproductive center. Methods： The content of the surgical notice is determined, the location of the acquisition is defined, the trigger node is decided, the principle of the sequencing of the operation is designed, the list interface and the print interface are designed, and the working procedure of the surgical notice is developed. Results： The content of the surgical notice includes the basic information and clinical information of the patient, the automatic acquisition of information, filling in of the trigger method and time, the generation of surgical notice, and the formation of procedure of the fixed operation notification procedure. Conclusion： The process design has the following advantages. The basic information is automatically acquired, the input of key data is ensured, data is automatically acquired, the operation arrangement is automatic, and the operation list has complete information, which can help nurses and laboratory personnel to arrange work and guarantee the medical safety.
