微信视频连线在缓解手术室外患儿家属焦虑的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨微信视频连线在缓解术后苏醒期患儿家属焦虑的应用效果。方法:选择择期全身麻醉手术患儿100例,按照随机数字表法分为干预组(A组)、对照组(B组)各50例。A组患儿入术后苏醒室生命体征平稳后与家属微信视频连线,告知术后情况,给予实时观看患儿目前状况的视频,并解答家属关心的问题,反馈护理服务满意度及面对面探视渴望度。B组患者家属采取口头交代病情的方式告知,比较两组患儿家属的焦虑评分,对护理的满意度及对面对面探视的渴望度。结果:B组患儿家属的焦虑评分高于A组患者,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),A组患儿家属对护理的满意度高于B组患儿家属,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组患儿家属面对面探视的渴望度低于B组患儿家属,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:微信视频连线能显著降低术后患儿家属的焦虑,提高家属对护理的满意度,降低面对面探视渴望度,方法简便易行。Objective： To explore the application effect of WeChat video can alleviat the anxiety of children parents after operation. Methods： Select 100 cases of children undergoing elective general anesthesia operation, then were randomly divided into intervention group（Group A） and control group（Group B）, 50 cases in each group. In Group A, we are connected to the family member with WeChat video when their vital signs are stable, telling postoperative information, watching the children’s current condition video, and answering the questions from the family member, Feedbacking satisfaction of nursing service and visitation desire. In Group B, we gave an oral account of the illness; compare the anxiety scores of the two groups, satisfaction of nursing service and visitation desire. Results： The anxiety score of Group B were higher than Group A, compare the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）, Group A was more satisfied with nursing than Group B, compare the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）, Group A had less desire for visitation than Group B, compare the difference was statistically significant（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion： WeChat video connection can reduce the anxiety of postoperative family members significantly, improve nursing satisfaction, reduce the desire for visitation, simple and easy, worth promoting.
