摘  要:目的评价翻转课堂在医学硕士研究生临床桥梁课程中的应用效果。方法选取首都医科大学研究生一年级学生48名,采用立意抽样的方法分为观察组和对照组,各24名。在心脑肺复苏和呼吸机临床应用的教学中,观察组应用翻转课堂教学,对照组以传统方式教学。比较2组学生理论考试、技能考核、病例分析成绩及总成绩。结果观察组总成绩、理论考试成绩、技能考核成绩和病例分析成绩均明显高于对照组[(80.3±3.2)分比(73.9±6.5)分、(39.2±2.9)分比(37.5±2.6)分、(25.4±1.9)分比(22.7±4.0)分、(15.9±2.8)分比(13.7±1.7)分],差异均有统计学意义(t=4.349,P=0.001;t=2.081,P=0.043;t=3.042,P=0.004;t=3.308,P=0.002)。结论翻转课堂是医学硕士研究生临床桥梁课程合适的教学模式,能明显提高教学效果。Objective To evaluate the application effect of flipped classroom in clinical bridge course for medical graduate students.Methods Forty-eight first-year graduate students in Capital Medical University were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 24 students in each group.In the class of cardiopulmonary-cerebral resuscitation and clinical application of ventilator,the two groups were taught by flipped classroom teaching method and traditional teaching method respectively.Test results of theoretical knowledge,clinical skills and case analysis were analyzed.Results The total score,theoretical examination score,skill assessment score and case analysis score in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group[(80.3±3.2) vs (73.9±6.5),(39.2 ±2.9) vs (37.5±2.6),(25.4±1.9) vs (22.7 ±4.0),(15.9±2.8) vs (13.7±1.7)] (t =4.349,P=0.001;t =2.081,P=0.043;t =3.042,P =0.004;t=3.308,P =0.002).Conclusion Flipped classroom is an appropriate teaching model for clinical bridge course for medical graduate students,it can significantly improve the teaching effect.
