摘  要:目的:探索昌江石斛和海南石斛体内抗菌活性。方法:根据体外抗菌试验结果,选择A、E、F、G的高、中、低浓度考察其对金色葡萄球菌的体内抗菌活性,A、B、C、E、F的高、中、低浓度对白色念珠菌的体内抗菌活性。经过剂量梯度筛选,确定各组分小鼠的LD50;通过观察不同菌液浓度引起小鼠死亡率,确定小鼠的MLD;建立染菌小鼠模型,确定各个药物体内抗菌效果。结果:E、F对感染金黄色葡萄球菌的小鼠具有保护作用;C、E、F对感染白色念珠菌的小鼠具有保护作用。结论:海南石斛和昌江石斛具有一定的体内抗菌活性,值得进一步研究和开发。Objective: to expore the antimicrobial activity in vivo of Dendrobium hainanense and Dendrobium changjiangense. Method: according to the results of in vitro antibacterial test, antibacterial activity of Staphylococcus aureus in vivo was studied with the high, medium and low concentration of A, E, F and G,and antibacterial activity of Candida albicans in vivo was also studied with the high, medium and low concentration of A, B, C, E and F. The LD50 of mice in each group was determined by dose gradient screening. And the MLD of mice was determined by the mortality of mice caused by different concentration of bacteria. The mouse model of bacterial infection was established to determine the antibacterial effect of each drug in vivo. Results: E, F had protective effects on mice infected with Staphylococcus aureus; C, E and F had protective effects on mice infected with Candida albicans. Conclution: Dendrobium hainanense and Dendrobium changjiangense have certain antibacterial activity in vivo, and they are worth further research and development.
