摘  要:在NaHSO_3-K_2S_2O_8引发体系下采用水溶液聚合的方法合成了PDA,通过对单体起始浓度、单体配比、引发剂用量以及反应温度进行正交实验,以絮凝剂平均除浊率为指标找出合成的最佳工艺条件。以硅藻土悬浊液模拟废水,对各个产品进行烧杯试验,找出该絮凝剂处理废水的最佳投加量。分别通过莫尔法和毛细管法测定了各个试样的阳离子度和特性粘度,研究了除浊率与阳离子型絮凝剂的阳离子度、特性粘度之间的关系。研究结果如下:水溶液合成PDA的最佳工艺条件是:单体起始浓度为20%,单体配比(DM/AM)为1︰9,引发剂用量为单体总质量的0.1%,聚合温度为30℃。在此条件下合成得到的PDA絮凝剂平均除浊率最高,达94.6%。PDA絮凝剂处理硅藻土模拟废水的最佳投加量在3~4 g·m^(-3)。本研究中,在相同的絮凝剂投加量下,除浊率随着阳离子度、特性粘度的增大变化趋势异常,文中对该现象出现的原因进行了探究。Cationic polyacrylamide flocculants PDA were produced with acryl-amide(AM) and dimethyl-diallyl-ammonium-chloride(DMDAAC) under different conditions. The flocculation performances of the products were studied. Initial concentration of monomer, monomer allocation, amount of reaction initiator, reaction time et al on the effect of turbidity removal were analyzed by orthogonal experiment method. With infusorial earth suspension, jar tests were carried out on each product in order to find out the optimum dosage. Cationic degree and intrinsic viscosity were determined by Mohr method and capillary tube method relatively. The relations among turbidity removal, cationic degree and intrinsic viscosity were analyzed. The results of experiments are showed as follow:The best turbidity removal can reach 94.6 % when the cationic polyacrylamide flocculant PDA was composed when the temperature is 30 ℃, with initial concentration of monomer at 20 %, monomer allocation of 10% AM and 90 % DM, reaction initiator dosage at 0.1 % of monomers. Treating infusorial earth suspension, the optimum dosage is between 3 and 4 g/m^3. In this research, the variation trend of turbidity removal along with cationic degree and intrinsic viscosity was inconspicuous, the reasons of which were analyzed in the article.
