摘　　要：何为"得气"?根据现在大多数临床教材所下的定义来看:得气,古称"气至",近代又称"针感",根据古今文献关于"得气"的阐述,与现代教材不甚相符,现将古今对于"得气"的认识叙述如下,以完善对"得气"的认识。What is the ＂Deqi＂ ？ according to the conception that was determined by most of teaching materials, it is called ＂ qi-arrival ＂ in ancient times, and in modern times it is called ＂ needling sensation ＂.There are some difference between the literature and the teaching materials, so I am trying to untangle the cognition about ＂Deqi＂ in order to getting a deeper understand.
