药学专业本科毕业实践与创新型药学人才的培养

摘　　要：本科毕业实践是高校本科教育的一个重要的环节,是全面提升学生的理论基础与实践能力的重要阶段。本文针对药学本科专业毕业实践,从毕业课题选题、科研实习以及毕业论文的写作三个部分分别探讨如何培养学生的创新能力,提高科研素养以及提升毕业实践的质量。Graduation practice is the essential ingredient of undergraduate education, also is an important stage to comprehensively improve students＇ professional skills and practical abilities. Focusing on the graduation practice of students, the paper has discussed the measures to cultivate students＇ innovation ability, improve the scientific literacy, and improve the quality of graduation practice from the three aspects, i.e. the topic selection of graduation thesis, the research practice, and the writing of research report.
