活性炭磺化改性催化地沟油制备生物柴油研究

摘  要:本文主要研究固体酸催化剂催化废油脂酯交换反应,利用浸渍法制备浓硫酸固载活性炭催化剂。同时对催化剂进行红外光谱表征和热重分析。最后通过单因素实验控制反应条件来制备生物柴油,得到酯交换的适宜反应条件为:n(醇)/n(油)=20/1,m(催化剂)/m(油)=5/100,t(反应时间)=4 h,T(反应温度)=75℃,在此条件下,生物柴油的产率为89.93%。In this paper, the transesterification of waste oil with solid acid catalyst was studied, and the concentrated sulfuric acid supported activated carbon catalyst was prepared by impregnation method. Meanwhile, the prepared catalysts were characterized by infrared spectroscopy and thermogravimetric analysis. Finally, we through the single factor experiment, controlling the reaction conditions for the preparation of biodiesel by transesterification, the optimum reaction conditions were: n(alcohol)/n(oil) =20/1, m(catalyst)/m(oil) =5/100, t(reaction time) =4 h, T(reaction temperature) =75 ℃, under this condition, biological the yield of diesel was 89.93 %.
