摘 要:液相色谱仪广泛应用于生物医学、食品、环境化学、石油化工等领域,随着国民经济发展越来越壮大,社会的进步及人们的需求不断多样化,应用技术不断改进,液相色谱仪使用量逐年增加,需求不断变大,检定量也较快增长。文章结合工作实际,根据JJG705-2014《液相色谱仪检定规程》的内容为要求,以浅显的方式进行检定分析及计算,为从事液相色谱仪检定工作的人员提供参考经验和技术交流。Liquid chromatography is widely used in biomedical, food, environmental chemistry, petrochemical and other fields. With the rapid development of society, social development and continuous diversification of people's needs, the application of technology has continued to improve, and the use of liquid chromatography has been increasing year by year. The demand has continued to grow. The number of tests also increased in adulthood. The article combines the work practice; according to the JJG705-2014 "liquid chromatography verification protocol" as the requirement, carries on the verification analysis and calculation in a simple and easy to understand way, provides the experience and the technical exchange for the personnel engaged in the liquid chromatography verification work.
