摘　　要：本文阐述了普通化学《滴定分析基本操作练习》实验课的基本要求、实验原理、实验操作步骤、实验报告的撰写要求、实验注意事项、实验结果与讨论。实验操作的规范性、滴定终点的准确判断以及对滴定管体积刻度的准确读取是影响实验结果的关键因素。In this article, basic operational exercise of titration analysis in general chemistry was expounded, such as the basic requirements, principles, operating steps, the requirements of experimental reports, attentions, the results and discussions. The key factors which influence the experimental results may attributed to normalization of experimental operation, accurate judgment of the end point of titration and accurate reading of the volume scale of burette.
