摘　　要：以六方氮化硼(h-BN)辅助苯乙烯悬浮聚合为例,改进悬浮聚合稳定性和聚苯乙烯颗粒尺寸均匀性。同时,通过课堂实验教学与课外实验教学有机结合,对学生进行个性化、创新性思维培养,促进实验教学项目内涵的拓展,提高教学效果与质量。这一尝试,对本科实验教学具有一定的针对性和借鉴作用。This paper focus on cultivation of students＇ individual innovative thinking ability, by the organic combination of classroom experiment teaching and extracurricular one, just taking hexagon boron nitride（h-BN） assisted.successful styrene suspension polymerization experiment as an example, which effectively promote the connotation expansion of the experimental projects with the improvement of teaching effectiveness, with the result of more stable polymerization process and more uniform polystyrene particle size. This attempt has certain pertinence and reference value for undergraduate experimental teaching processes.
