摘 要:坚硬薄煤层的绿色、安全、高效开采是世界性难题,以陕北侏罗纪煤田坚硬薄煤层为研究对象,深入分析了薄煤层开采难题,确定合理配套原则,研发了基于半悬式机身+悬截割电机的大功率、矮机身强力采煤机,优化设计了薄顶梁、高工阻、高可靠性液压支架和矮槽帮刮板输送机成套装备,通过智能联动集控与网络通信系统等成套关键技术及装备实现了最低采高1.1m薄煤层年产1Mt。Green,safety and high efficient mining is worldwide difficult problem for harden thin coal seam,it taking harden thin coal seam of Jurassic coal field in Shanbei district,and then mining difficulty problem of thin coal seam was deeply analyzed,and rational assort principle was put forward,and large power and low height strengthen coal cutter was developed based on half suspension machine and suspension cutter electromechanical,complete sets equipment of hydraulic support and low ledge scraper conveyor were optimal designed,which characters were thin roof beam,high working resistance and high reliability,according complete sets key technology of intelligent linkage centralized control and network communication system,and then annual production reached 1 Mt for thin coal seam with the lowest mining height 1. 1 m.
