摘 要:为提高煤矿井下装载设备的可靠性和高效性,结合煤矿井下实际生产的功能需求,设计一种结构简单、可靠性较高的可控箕斗定量装载设备,详细介绍了整个系统的设计方案、硬件组成及软件设计的实现。其中,采用了模拟量称重模块、S7-200 PLC、触摸屏等主要元件来实现自动作业的数据采集、逻辑控制和人机交互。现场应用测试表明,该设备有效地降低了定量装载设备的结构复杂度,减轻了后期维护难度。In order to improve reliability and efficiency of loading equipment underground in coal mine,based on functional requirement of production in coal mine,and then one controllable skip quantitative loading equipment was designed,which structure was simple and with higher reliability,and then design scheme,hardware structure and software designing of all system were introduced in detailed. The following main elements that analog quantity weighing module,S7-200 PLC,touch screen and so on were used,and then the functions that data collection,logical control and man-machine interaction of automation were realized. The practical testing showed that structural complexity of equipment was decreased effectively,and maintain difficulty during later period was decreased also.
