凝汽器胶球清洗装置技术可行性及经济性分析

摘　　要：为研究某核电工程凝汽器胶球清洗装置的技术可行性及经济性,以该项目凝汽器换热管的清洗方法为研究对象,首先就该项目配置凝汽器胶球清洗装置的技术可行性对厂址条件等进行了分析,其次对该项目配置凝汽器胶球清洗装置的经济性进行了计算分析。结果表明:该核电工程配置凝汽器胶球清洗装置在技术上可行,在经济上合理,且配置此装置可以提高整个机组的经济效率。研究成果可为同类机组配置凝汽器胶球清洗装置提供参考。In order to study the technical feasibility and economic efficiency of the condenser rubber ball cleaning device in a nuclear power project, the cleaning method of condenser heat exchange tubes in this project is taken as the research object. First, the plant site conditions is analyzed to show the technical feasibility of configuring the condenser rubbe^ball cleaning device for this project, and then the economy is calculated and analyzed for the condenser rubbe^ball cleaning device. The results show that it is technically feasible and economically reasonable to install the condenser rubber ball cleaning device in this nuclear power project, and the economic efficiency of the whole unit can be improved by using this device. The research results can provide reference for similar units to configure the condenser rubbe^ball cleaning device.
